Set out below are the terms and conditions on which we supply treatments from which the deposit has been paid (the “Deposit”) listed on the following website www.contours-beauty.co.uk (the “Site”) to you the consumer (“You”/“Your”).

Any contract for any deposit which you purchase using the Site will be between You and Contours Beauty Salon, 68a Church Road, Tiptree, Colchester, Essex, CO5 0HB. Please read These terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any Deposits for Treatments on the Site. You should understand that bythese terms and conditions you should record a copy for future reference.

1. Your Status

By purchasing Deposits through Our Site which directs you to Stripe. You agree that:

1a. You are legally capable of entering into binding contract; and

1b. You are at least 18 years old.

2. Formation of Contract

2a. After purchasing a deposit for treatments. You will receive an e-mail
from Us to confirm the treatment and a confirmation e-mail from Stripe
for the payment of Deposit.

2b. The price of the deposit will be quoted on the stripe payment once
the treatment has been booked, but the confirmation will only be
e-mailed to you once the payment has been taken.

2c. If you need to cancel, alter or change this appointment we require
a 48 hour confirmation telephone call or e-mail, to change this
this appointment or to refund any money received from You.

3. Consumer Rights

3a. As a consumer, You may cancel a Contract at any time within a
48 hour time scale for treatments otherwise Contours Beauty Salon
will retain your deposit.
